For some reason, I woke up this morning convinced that it was Thursday instead of Wednesday. This week has seemed really long for some reason. I was supposed to run 4 miles tonight, but opted for a little R&R and have shifted my workout plans to accommodate the rest day. Instead of resting on Friday, I'm doing it today!
Yesterday's run was good. I finally got outside after a week and a half of being stuck on the track or the treadmill.

I'm hoping that the weather man is a liar and we're not getting 1-2 inches of snow tonight. I'd like to run outside tomorrow!
