If all runs felt this good, you'd have to drag me off the road! I ended up running after work today (in conditions very similar to those I experienced during Green Bay) and it felt good. Really good.

I was hoping to negative split the run (run the second half faster than the first) and that just wasn't in the cards today and I found that I really didn't care all that much. I was just happy to be out running something longer than 2 miles!
