Raise The Bar: 60 Days

The 30 Day results of this challenge blew my mind.  I figured I'd see a few little changes, but nothing as dramatic as what I actually got. The numeric changes are a bit smaller than the 30 day changes, but I think the changes are still noticeable - especially in my shoulders and back.  It feels like days 31-60 was more about sculpting and defining the muscles that were built in the first 30 days.  So, without further's what changed and what those changes look like.

I certainly feel like the muscles in my back and shoulders are the most noticeable difference - and I like them a lot.  I've always wanted toned and well-defined arms/shoulders and it seems like I'm finally on the way to having them.  I think the final 30 days of this program is going to be about even more fine-tuning, but I guess we'll see...this program seems to have a habit of surprising me (in a good way).  I know how far I've come, but now I want to see how far I can get!
